There is a 50 cent surcharge per trip for paper tickets. To request a transfer of cash value from one card to another, wait until you have received your Smart PassClipper card, then contact the Clipper Customer Service Center at 877.878.8883 (TTY/TDD 711 or 800.735.2929) to request they transfer your cash value to the new card.
