Teams has been good until 2 weeks ago. Have the same problem whether using teams desktop app or web client. I does puzzle me why on earth Teams would do this on my own end. So this definitely is a MS Teams issue. Windows might not be able to fix all apps, so some apps will still be blurry on high-resolution displays.
